The Willow Description & Material Specifications

  • 1½ story home built on a 48″ average height crawlspace, but with basement options available, see below.

  • The 1st and 2nd floors total 1240′ sq. ft. and includes 354′ of porch and deck area.

  • This is a packaged home, meaning all materials and fixtures are pre-determined for ease of build and cost savings, but with you the Owner selecting the finishes and colors.

  • The Willow is built as 2×4 framed construction with your choice of an 8″ horizontal or vertical board and batten, low-maintenance, fiber cement exterior siding.

  •  All windows and exterior sliding door are all vinyl construction, Low-E, double pane glass, with screens, with your choice of exterior/interior colors of desert sand, almond, or white.

  • All interior walls are finished with smooth drywall, and all vaulted ceilings are finished in 1×8 white pine T&G wood.

  • All floors will be finished in LVP flooring with the Owner selecting the style and color.

  • The Kitchen and Bath cabinets will be manufactured with several choices to choose from with the countertops all being level-1 granite, per Owners’ selection.

  • All interior doors will be solid pine, and all interior trim will be solid pine trim, base boards, and shelving, all finished with a clear water-based varnish.

  • Delta faucets throughout, with allowances given for the Owner to select all light fixtures and appliances.

  • This turn-key home includes allowances for an average site excavation and driveway, well, and gravity fed septic system.

  • After the Owner has chosen their property, we will be happy to visit the site and do a full construction site evaluation to determine if any additional costs may be incurred due to steepness of building slope, tree debris removal, septic area challenges, driveway length, etc.
