• An optional unfinished or finished Basement can be added if desired, giving 1488′ unfinished sq. ft. or 1003′ heated sq. ft. with the finished basement option
• The finished basement option would give a large 3rd Bedroom, 3rd Bath, a spacious Family Room, & have 485′ unfinished sq. ft. remaining for additional storage
• There are ample porches & decks which total 530′ sq. ft.
• Open 1st floor design with a large Great Room, Kitchen, & Dining area, all with vaulted ceilings
